Kenton Allen became Chief Executive of Big Talk Productions in September 2008. Big Talk is one of the UK’s leading production companies, responsible for the television series Spaced, Black Books and Free Agents and the hit films Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz, this summer’s Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World and the forthcoming Paul and Attack The Block. 

Elaine Bedell joined ITV as Director of Entertainment and Comedy in March 2009 and heads ITV’s commissioning team across those genres, overseeing a range of hit shows from The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Dancing on Ice and I’m A Celebrity, to Benidorm, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and The Brits.  

Cathy has held the position of Chief Executive of Endemol Worldwide Distribution since June 2009. Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of the Southern Star Group, Cathy was Chief Executive of Southern Star International for nine years and grew the division to become the sixth largest distributor of English language programming outside of the Hollywood Studios.

Lucy Lumsden became Head of Comedy for Sky 1HD, Sky 1, 2 & 3 in November 2009 after working at the BBC for 11 years. Since 2005 Lucy was the BBC's first Controller of Comedy Commissioning and had responsibility for commissioning all scripted comedy from both in-house and the independent sector.

Martin has been in new media production for over 10 years winning a number of awards including a BAFTA for Celebdaq in 1994. 

With over 13 years experience in the television industry under his belt, Steve has learnt everything there is to know about targeting TV audiences effectively and running a profitable TV channel, from the bottom up. 

Justin Gayner is a writer, producer and entrepreneur. In 2007, he co-founded ChannelFlip Media which runs one of the UK's most successful online video channels. The company specialises in online comedy and works with the cream of British talent including Harry Hill, James Corden, and David Mitchell.
